Titanium Fitness began back in 2008 after Nathan graduated from the NZ College of Fitness. This was followed by four years at Les Mill Christchurch as a personal trainer and bootcamp instructor and now four years changing lives from home.
With a firm belief and practice of whole-health fitness training, Titanium Fitness has a proven record of assisting people of all ages and stages, improve their physical fitness and overall well-being.
Nathan founded Titanium Fitness with a belief and vision to improve the fitness, strength and over all well-being of clients to their greatest potential in the most natural way possible. His desire to better understand the human body and how people tick is still at the forefront of Titanium Fitness today.
